Coach Search Options after Autry

The Axe man has spoken...

TLDR--> Nick Carparelli for AD and Bryan Hodgson for HC.

Finally some local media stepping up and at least making a stand and stating what they think is best for the school. I don't like some of his takes but at least he's not taking this middle ground crap alot of others are...

Syracuse expected to make an AD hire before March 10th. The start of the ACC tournament. Norlander implores Syracuse to make an outside hire.
Notice how often the size of the buy-out is listed as a factor in a coach's retaining his job.

Look, I known nothing about endowments, except for my own (sarcasm font), but for the last time can we please stop saying SU can do this. Enough people here in the know have told us that this cannot and will not happen not only at Syracuse but any academic institution. Good lord, it’s like a broken record.

can't unless the person that endowed it earmarked athletics which doesn't happen in the general endowment.

People have written long articles on what endowments can be used for.

Nobody reads anymore.

I knew a teacher years ago who told me that every time she gave the class an "open book" test, half the class would fail, simply because they couldn't be bothered to look up the answer that was right in front of them.
