Cole Swider: Anadolu Efes in Turkey

I don't think he will get any run with the big boys but if you are a shooter playing with Luka and LBJ - you are going to get open looks.
I didn't know our 36th president could ball. Pretty cool info.

It’s unfortunate for Cole that the Lakers have almost a full team of guys in the 6’6”-6’8” range. Knecht, Luka, Lebron, Reeves, Finney-Smith, Vanderbilt, etc.

No room at the Inn. Hopefully, another team finally notices his G and Summer league production from the last couple of years.

Raptors 10 days / G-Leagues/2 Ways tend to play 15-30 minutes a game for the past month as we try to tank. So Cole should get some decent minutes over the 10 days.

They are in full tank mode. If he plays too good he might play less

If anyone questions JB’s coaching (few should), his development of Cole and Gbinije speaks volumes as to his ability vis-a-vis other great coaches.
Agreed. JB was a great coach developing many great players at SU. He was also even better making already very good players even better.

Raptors are serious about tanking but got out-tanked by the Nets.

Nothing against Cole, but they gave 20 minutes to a guy who showed up with the team a few hours before the game.

Mainer that he is, Flagg would not be put off by the Toronto climate. :)

I know that you said that this was a partial list, but I was always impressed by how long of a run Danny "The World's Tallest Trombone Player" Shayes had in the NBA.

Raptors Re-Sign Cole Swider

April 5th 2025 at 10:33am CST by Rory Maher
The Raptors have re-signed forward Cole Swider after his 10-day contract expired overnight, according to Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca (Twitter links).

Swider is ineligible for a second 10-day deal with the Raptors because there are fewer than 10 days remaining in the 2024/25 season. For now, his second agreement with Toronto will cover the rest of ’24/25, though there’s a chance the Raptors could renegotiate his contract to tack on another year before the final day of the regular season on April 13, Murphy reports.
Swider, who was in camp with the Pacers last fall, signed a two-way contract with the Pistons at the start of the regular season and was waived in January. He has spent most of the season in the G League, first with the Motor City Cruise and more recently with the South Bay Lakers, who traded for his rights in February.
In 31 total outings for those two NBAGL clubs, Swider averaged 21.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 34.6 minutes per game, with an excellent shooting line of .482/.442/.952.
