Do we get Gameday even if we lose next weekend? Gotta figure these things are set in stone more than a week in advance.

Looks like Iowa st. already has a bye in. Week 2? Can that be right?if we lose and iowa/iowa st win it goes there
If we win on Saturday there is no chance they go to Iowa vs Iowa State over our game. Was really hoping for the UNI upset last week to take out Iowa state as a possibility. They certainly had their chances. Still think we have a really good shot if come away victorious Saturday
The question is, Does Gameday come to SU if Clemson loses? SU is NOT losing to Maryland!! Some of you fans need to get on board and get over the "if we lose" mantra.Do we get Gameday even if we lose next weekend? Gotta figure these things are set in stone more than a week in advance.
She annoys me.That's Maria Taylor. How dare you.
If we lose because the offense is still anemic then yeah the steam and hype for Clemson is pretty much gone. Diehard or casual doesn’t matter. The writing will be on the wall. This Maryland game is huge.
we lose the casuals if we lose this game imo

If we lose an exciting game and Tommy looks like the quarterback we’ve hoped for, then week 3 still could be very interesting.
If we beat Maryland in a 6-3 rock fight we’ll all take it because at the end of the year people won’t care how you got the W. But if we have three-and-outs all game long then it’s marginally better than a loss in my opinion when it comes to setting the table for being competitive with Clemson.
So it’s not so much win or lose but do we look like a team that has a punchers chance vs the defending national champs?
I mean, it's not unreasonable to think we could possibly lose Saturday. That's not me being a Fairweather fan, that's me being realistic that it's a possibility and asking a relevant question. But thanks for challenging my position as a fan in the process. The question is, Does Gameday come to SU if Clemson loses? SU is NOT losing to Maryland!! anyone who thinks its more than a 50/50 game just ignores that Maryland has more talent
At the Syracuse golf outing our head coach flat out said Maryland probably has more overall talent, so there is that. How can you just say matter of factly that they have more talent? How do you know that? Maybe they do but maybe they don’t. It’s not like we have no talent.
If we lose, it is extremely unlikely Gameday will come here.I mean, it's not unreasonable to think we could possibly lose Saturday. just go by rating alone they have more skill guys. Dino said they have more talent at the golf Dinner. Scouts say they have more talent. Watching them they have higher end skill guys.. lots of teams have more talent than we do, they dont all play that well though
And their recruiting rankings have been consistently MUCH higher than ours over the past bunch of years.
I'm still not sold on Locksley as a HC, but he's got a pretty full cupboard to work with.
Check out the recruiting rankings of some guys like Coleman, black, Cisco, Szmyt, etc.
We've developed our players better then they have, so rankings are nice but our guys have gotten betterAnd their recruiting rankings have been consistently MUCH higher than ours over the past bunch of years.
