Lunardi has some interesting words for BBall fans...'Cuse is #1 by a long way...
Here is a small portion of his inside analysis:
Top line report
Race for No. 1 seeds
TeamS-CurveNo. 1 Seed Odds
Syracuse No. 1 70 percent
Kentucky No. 2 65 percent
Kansas No. 3 35 percent
Ohio State No. 4 50 percent
Missouri No. 5 30 percent
Duke No. 6 40 percent
Baylor No. 7 30 percent
North Carolina No. 8 35 percent
Michigan St. No. 9 15 percent
Field -- 30 percent
Let's get the easy part out of the way: Syracuse, the loss at Notre Dame notwithstanding, is still the No. 1 overall seed. And it's not especially close.
Kentucky, which figures to leapfrog the Orange in the polls, remains No. 2 where it counts. Both teams have one loss, but Cuse has it all over the Wildcats in every meaningful category.
Good to read and see even after a loss...what do you think?
