I'm a die-hard Red Sox fan but my hero is Cal Ripken Jr. I named by dog after him, wore #8 in every sport I ever played, and have respect for the organization. Also feel good for players like Jim Johnson and Nick Markakis (who's hurt unfortunately) that played through some awful seasons in Baltimore. Ultimately, though, I just love baseball.
