I dont follow most of them . Joes position is the 2. Id focus on the teams that have weak 2s. The issue is his lack of size. 6 feet which is Joes height is very short for a 2. Add in his lack of foot speed and athleticism and he is hard pressed to start for most D1 teams.

The A10 is the best mid-major conference and Joe would average 18 points in his sleep there

For example, Rider is on that list. Joe scored 21 pts on 6-13 shooting with 5 assists vs Rider this year. Maybe you want to think this one through more.

If kids enter, what's it like on campus for the rest of the semester? I don't know how SU is currently handling the pandemic guidelines so I'm not sure what the social situation is like. Also when do kids make their choices for the new school? Do they make visits, get visits from coaches from other schools or does it all happen after the semester ends?

Transfer (combo Guard)

Wonder if it’s really a pick 1 between Joe and Kadary.

That pretty much means JB has to guarantee the starting spot to Kadary and then Joe needs to make his decision from there.

Joe and Buddy are super close. But Kadary is much better for Buddys game than Joe is.

If most of the forwards are gone and K decides to stay, why couldn't he play at the 3 some of the time? his outside shot looks to be improving and with shooters on the perimeter he would have a lot of space to work with in the paint and would draw other D allowing him to kick the ball back out to for the 3.

Bras caps out as a 20mpg guy, Benny probably will get aroind 30. So you’re right, if Q/AG/Marek leave, Woody could literally get 30mpg next year

I don’t know. Woody would not have been happy unless a regular rotation player And I don’t think 10 minutes a game would have changed anything. woody was not getting and did not deserve to get any guard m8nutes. If Woody played more at forward then you don’t see Braswell and you don’t see Jesse. He knew the situation coming in, made a few three pointers and thought he was better than he has. Would like him to stay but if he is compla8ning and unhappy now he wouldn’t be a good long term Cuse player.

Agreed lots of upside with Woody. Reading between the lines from some of the board sources it seemed like a clash of immaturity vs obstinacy and as a result he walks. To bad the assistants couldn't smooth things out. To bad JB couldn't be the bigger man and to bad that Woody couldn't take a step back and look big picture.

The team just spent two weeks together in a hotel during a nice tournament run... That can change things, the team looked like they bonded well.

There’s definitely going to be turnover, I’m just saying that predicting what 19-22 years olds will do with an emotional decision is impossible.

And there’s always the possibility we upgrade from within the portal. I’d say our transfer history has been pretty strong... Wes Johnson, Gillon, A. White, Eli, AG (has the tools).

I’m not approaching this with the chicken little mindset, it’s just a brave new frontier we’re entering.

I like Woody as a player but if hes griping this much about playing time while considering where he is as a frosh in his development then I don’t care much.

Forwards are replaceable. We’ll reload there, I have no worries.
