Rutgers in their entire history, finished in the final year end Top 25 AP football poll, 4 times only once since 1976, come back to this board when you get to 10, we had 9 just between 1987-2003. We had 8 years of bad football, you had over 100, Nebraska, Penn St, Michigan, Michigan St, Ohio St, Wisconsin found another win, so they don't have to schedule FCS schools and you won't be able to anymore either. They are the ones leading the charge to eliminate those games.
