Didn't mean anything negative with the B list comment. I am more impressed with Nyandoro. Taking two kids that WANT to be here over two maybees.
6-6 260. Big frame and very strong. Have to think he could add (good) weight in the next year and slide inside.
So the #1 player in all of Canada is a three star?
What does that convert to in US stars? So the #1 player in all of Canada is a three star?
I was told stars don't matter...
2.25 I think. What does that convert to in US stars?
They only matter when they matter, otherwise they don’t matter.I was told stars don't matter...

the question is how many metric stars?2.25 I think.

Actually I figured this out, 2 stars and 743 millistars.the question is how many metric stars?
Agree with this assessment, they are both studs. This kid is going to be really good for us. I think the two Canadians probably have the highest potential of anyone in this class so far. Both are going to be studs and would not be surprised if they were big time contributors by year two. Both have the S&C the send they step on campus. Just need to learn the playbook, get up to the speed of the ACC game on the field and the two dudes should ball out. Very confident both these dudes could be NFL picks
Interesting parallel but Dino's best class, the 2019 class coming off the 2018 10 win season, had both Bergeron and Cantin-Arku in it, 2 top 5 Canada kids that year both out of CEGEP. There is talent there and generally if they don't play stateside (which was mentioned earlier in the thread) they don't really get up high in the rankings.Agree with this assessment, they are both studs.
Canada is so under recruited, especially since a good chunk of early identified D1 talent goes to the states for a year or two of high school.
The 401 corridor from Windsor to Montreal should be a priority for this staff. We may only get a recruit or two a year from there, but they can be 4 star athletes with 2 star hype.
I’m sure there are, but for some reason i can’t really think of many Canadians that were total flops and never contributed? I love recruiting Canada. Talent level is only improving, we have a story to tell with Bergeron, we are the closest P4 school for most kids, and always room to develop.Interesting parallel but Dino's best class, the 2019 class coming off the 2018 10 win season, had both Bergeron and Cantin-Arku in it, 2 top 5 Canada kids that year both out of CEGEP. Cantin-Arku was the victim of a loaded LBer corps - Dino's staff apparently thought you could just recruit LB's and DB's and the rest would figure itself out and Bergeron was a 2nd NFL round pick.
