I bet Desko's phone has been ringing off the hook, with teams that want to stay on SU's schedule and/or get back on SU's schedule. I think we keep GTown. And JHU, Cornell, Hobart are givens. Maybe Loyola returns.

Do we really need Loyola if we're already playing Hopkins, Georgetown, and Maryland every year?

Well, GTown and UMD are DC-area. But yes, we already have a Baltimore game with JHU.

No need to add Loyola back to the schedule. I am also not sure why some want Colgate on the schedule, there is no benefit to playing them. When you add Hofstra or Stony Brook you are getting much needed exposure on long island. Whether you like it or not, the best players come from that area and SU is consistanly shut out with recruits. If you look at every contenders roster, you will find key players from long island. I think the benefits of playing on long island far outweigh playing in Hamilton.
