is it possible to set up conference calls for the out of towners????IMO required attendance at monthly meetings is asking too much. Especially for non locals. They should have a meeting every month but only require that you attend at least one per quarter. So have it be every 3rd week of the month for 12 months with a requirement that you attend at least one every three months. And/or for the meetings you miss you can send a questionnaire based on that meeting that you are required to reply to via email.
