He has an impact on and in the college football world and thus perception of programs. Perception effects or at least has a partial impact on recruiting. Prefer he's starts to eat some crow and be more respectful, give some props to a program turning itself around.

The dismissive lack of respect prognostication wise negatively effects perception. At this point the program would be best served with every positive it can get. That's why it matters
