Thanks to Wildhack for giving Thamel this nice nugget of information we've been pining for. That's a bigger number than anyone thought. Dino must have had the best agent in 18 or had a real offer breathing down his neck to get that type of commitment.

Anae and Beck better be the second coming of the best Mike Leach offense. Otherwise this team is stuck with a coach who can't get results or a fired coach replaced by a guy who is a serious retread because that's all we can afford.

JW is not in position to buy out Dino and then hire a up and coming coach that doesnt guarantee you a turnaround. Ive seen so many up and coming coaches fail through the years. I hate to say it but most coaches struggle at SU. Its just not as simple as we like it to be.

That is a lot of money per year. If SU is willing to spend that much we should be able to attract a new HC easily should Dino fail.

Not sure if it's right, but if there's $10M left due to a guaranteed contract, it would make sense.
