More experienced usually means quicker to learn, which means you don't have to practice as much. Cignetti has said they don't over-practice and it keeps the guys fresh and healthy.

Yep. Last night they said Indiana has been favoring veteran production over what they might become someday. Plus this guy is probably hand picked from our new DC. This is a win.
