I hope so, because they did the same entrance that they have done for years, just with it slightly darker in the building.

Maybe the train whistles and the steam are “tradition” now.

Not sure how much they spend on the new sound system but its just as bad if not worse then the old sound. its awful in there listening to the hype video's and the announcers call the game.

I agree to an extent. They are fine tuning it. It has gotten progressively better through the first three games. The first week was undoubtedly worse than the old system.

We all love to complain about the things the school does wrong, but I have to say the Covid tent pregame bracelet stuff has been an absolute homerun by the school. So quick, so easy. Kudos on the execution of this.

You can also do it at the door as we were instructed to Friday night by a staffer at the tent. Quick and easy.

With the screens and the ribbon boards on still, it wasn't even all that dark in there when the lights did turn off.

I thought it was ok but they can't get it too dark ...or there will be lawsuits as people stumble down the stairs.

I think there are plans to do more here. Progress is hard in the current college environment.

But forces are at work. I expect something more impressive for the second night game (Clemson).

Not really.

I think it is common knowledge that the game day experience is getting tweaked with each game. There are a lot of new things to work with and it will take time to get things fully optimized.

My personal opinion? It is going to take a while to get things 100% optimized. But if you go to the games and look around, you should be seeing improvements with every game.

It's quick and easy only because such a high proportion of fans are visiting the tents. They will direct fans to the door only if one of the tents begins to back up.

The entrance was pretty lame, not gonna lie. Didn't even come out to a song, just the standard pre-game video played on the big screen and then they ran out when it ended. Big thumbs down.

Dude how cool would it b if before they stormed out of the tunnel the dome went dark, the scoreboard lights up and hulk hogan ( or insert more relevant wrestler) appears on screen and gives an insane hype promo then the colored lights kick on and start flashing and the train horn sounds. Full stadium lights turn back on and the team comes charging out from the smoke.

The lights start flashing orange and blue throughout the entire dome . Then the main lights turn on the fog begins and running through the fog leading the pack is none other then su’s very own graduate …. Joe Biden! . There’s a very large sign saying please stop here , he runs right by it like forest gump straight out of the stadium . The crowd goes wild and we proceed to destroy wake forest 123 - 7. A hologram of Ernie Davis then presents Sean tucker with the number 44 as we are crowned the #1 team in the nation..
