Well Brono's comments about CL maybe not being the starter brought me back to this thread. Seems our coaching staff isn't in love with CL. So if that was the case and they think Hunt isn't ready a move like this would make sense.

The comment on GQ is a rumor at best i dont think anyone knows who is winning this job although it is a two man race at this point. My money is on Charlie

Also good too see he has been working with QB guru George Whitfield Jr this Spring. Whitfield is the same QB coach that helped Cam Newton and Adam Luck prepare for the NFL Draft, and is currently working this Spring with Aaron Murray, Tajh Boyd, Chad Kelly, Munchie Leaguex and others

Good post. The funny thing is that Kimble is actually a really good punter.

If Kimble is behind the center waiting for a center snap we is in trouble although it might be a great time for a pass from the punter to a down field recover on 4th down. If it goes for 6 it would be a play to remember.

NORMAN — Former Oklahoma quarterback Drew Allen visited Syracuse recently, and plans to visit N.C. State soon before deciding where he’ll play college football next season, according to a source.
The source said Allen will choose between those two schools, and is leaning toward Syracuse because he likes the Orange’s offensive system.
Allen’s visit to Syracuse was first reported by ESPN.com. Syracuse is looking to replace Ryan Nassib, a four-year starter who is projected as a second-round selection in this month’s NFL Draft.

They have Gardner coming back. He will be the starter the next two years

the only big issue fault that I noticed with Charlie was his slow setup and release. Once he got rid of the ball he was OK but getting to that point was a hold your breath before the sack was made.
