That’s like blaming the manager of the A’s for not getting the top free agents. It’s a monetary market now. That said, he had to have enough guys to field a team. They weren’t an ideal fit.I do think things have changed. They didn’t throw up all over themselves from April through July this year as they did the year prior.
Red’s the guy that assembled last year’s team. It was a catastrophic failure of talent evaluation and NIL fundraising. I’m very glad this past offseason he acquired guys who want to play defense.
Autry didn’t do enough fundraising work. It’s been well documented. He didn’t want to do it, and he thought he had enough. He was wrong on both counts. That’s like blaming the manager of the A’s for not getting the top free agents. It’s a monetary market now. That said, he had to have enough guys to field a team. Evidently, SU is better funded now, and Red was able to get guys more in line with his vision.
Also, he made a big change at S&C, and that has seemingly paid dividends.
Nice little comeback. Dybantsa with a great 10 minutesI'm watching this BYU UCONN game and you can't take the clown out of Hurley.
They run some smooth offense but they play cheap defense. Annoying to watch.
Just a trash program.
Ohhh. Good point. I didn't even think to relate this to the new strength and conditioning coach. Both the women and men always seemed winded last year and ran out of steam. This team could play all day and not get tired out.The conditioning is night and day from last year.
Who’s rcNo questions. Reds hardest thing he had to do in the last year was get rid of RC. But it’s paying off 10x
Well this is a new thing for everyone. And that is why a business manager who uses analytics and metrics is the way to go.Autry didn’t do enough fundraising work. It’s been well documented. He didn’t want to do it, and he thought he had enough. He was wrong on both counts.
I give him credit for recognizing his mistakes and correcting them this past offseason.
The strength and conditioning coach from the past few seasons. Super nice guy. But nice doesn't always get the job done, unfortunately. A change was needed. But love Ryan.Who’s rc
BYU’s starting center, Keita, got hurt in the first 8 minutes and hasn’t returned. Looked like a concussion.Nice little comeback. Dybantsa with a great 10 minutes
Saw that. I think his name is Keita like Baye Moussa.BYU’s starting center got hurt in the first 8 minutes and hasn’t returned. Looked like a concussion.

Well they have to play defense now so the nba doesn’t investigate player props lolThe bolded statement isn’t remotely true.
