It basically just means he was in the car and knew he was intoxicated, though if the kid only blew a 0.08, Banchero can probably just argue that he didn't know. Not sure if the fact that both are underage complicates it more, but generally speaking, you have to have known they were intoxicated (not just knowing that they had a drink).

Duke has already completed an internal investigation. They are censuring the police force for these false charges, and have found no evidence of wrongdoing.

In a prepared statement released 3 minutes after Duke concluded their investigation, the NCAA indicated that after comprehensively evaluating the results of the Duke report, they are fully satisfied with the conclusion, and feel like the two players have been "punished enough."

Turned over his own car to someone drunk. Which begs the question what type of vehicle is Banchero driving. Of course with NIL, these stars should all have nice cars.
