Yup. Understood...I thought you were saying Liverpool doesn't have a teacher's union.Union contracts in many public school districts normally set the rules for criteria on naming coaches. Some districts require certified teachers to be a coach (either employed inside or outside the specific school district). Private schools can also have a teacher as their coach but there is normally no requirement to require it, so most coaches at private schools have jobs outside the school.
