I believe the NCAA limits the number of days you can practice (absent a waiver) if you are ineligible. Seem to remember 45 days for Enes Kanter.

This is a different situation, and i personally will tend to not go with the bees, and jake, etc on this particular issue and rely on the likes of seth davis who believe fab will be back

I honestly feel that the silence on this issue combined with the apparant upbeat tweet from Fab means he will be back this season. If the appeal failed I think we would know by now.

And "reportedly" telling someone "he will be back". Whatever that means...and the fact he still hasnt been ruled ineligible as of 12:45 pm the day after his supposed appeal. Who knows.
