Small thing that doesn't show up anywhere: love how quickly and decisively Tyler Lydon moves the ball. Shows great understanding and hoops IQ.

Overall, the ball movement has been really pretty sharp and impressive.

Cooney to Richardson, no look to a cutting Roberson, scores! This team knows how to pass. Couple of sloppy plays along the way, but they are creating shots for each other. TR hits another jumper, probably close to or in double digits.

Mali looks really good.

Lydon looks much thinner than I expected. Not sure how credible he'll be trying to play defense at center in the ACC. But he would be a matchup nightmare for an opposing center on offense though.

Syracuse made 8-of-12 3-pointers, shot 63 percent from the field, forced 16 turnovers.

MR is awesome. Really causing a nightmare for these guys not only on the perimeter, but he's done a terrific job to this point driving around them when they don't give him room. Looking for cutters too and made some sick passes these past two games. Just got to cut down on the sloppy plays, but not a big deal when the majority of them pan out.

If this is our starting lineup, and

• KJ coming off the bench playing aggressive like this, more of a combo, even a strict 2 guard scorer.
• Howard getting short spurts, handling the ball - has 3 assists in limited time.
• Lydon doing what he's been doing. Getting extra possessions, contesting shots from the weak side, playing outside in, spreading out the floor.

Looks like a solid team more and more. Looks like a team that will make the tournament.
