Well considering aTm offered Robinson the highest assistant salary in the country to stay there, I’d guess he can coach too.

But they didn’t offer him a DC role. I’m sure he can coach, but it would help to have someone with significant experience as well.

Let’s hope they know how to coach in game. Talent needs coaching and the OC could probably stand to be a top tier X and Os guy versus another recruiter

This is my thought... Fran Brown is a defensive coach himself, and he's brought in a few recruiter first defensive guys as his first moves.

Brown should hire a good, experienced OC. Maybe one who found his Peter Principle ceiling as a head coach, and either wants to be an OC for a while or is hungry for his next top job.

I'm a little worried about a position coach being head coach with a first year DC and another coach in only his second year. They need recruiting, and it sounds like they've got it... Now they need solid coaching and experience.
