I see plenty of good coaches rise up from the MAC/AAC every year, they are easily in our price range. We need someone who can coach up QBs, have team discipline, and play aggressive offensively to have success.

Yeah, folks, I hate to tell you this, but Douglas oversaw teams that got flagged a lot for dumb things, and he also made a lot of questionable decisions to punt.
