After seeing that story I decided to file an online complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals Office for breach of contract. I advised the NYS Attorney General's Office that At their request, this network is being blocked from this site. is refusing to provide partial refunds to customers despite the fact that they are not living up to the claims made on their website. Since Matt left there has been no coverage whatsoever.

I doubt the complaint will do any good but it might cause At their request, this network is being blocked from this site. so grief which they deserve at this point.
