Turner is one of the largest (maybe the largest) construction managers in the game. They are big time. I work for a competitor, but work with a lot of their guys in and around NYC.

I've worked with Turner on multiple occasions. They do tons of work at almost all scales, but are known for larger projects. I will see if I can find anything out from business associates there.

That confirms that at least some of the existing exterior walls will be replaced. That shoutd mean at least some of the concourse will be expanded. Really good news...

The concourses have to be expanded to be ADA compliant.

Lots of federal aid $ to be had in upgrading to ADA compliant. It will positively impact how much bang they get for their $100 million.
