Class of 2022 G Elijah Fisher (Canada) Offered

"Already ranked as one of the top 25 players in the class of 2023, Canadian wing Elijah Fisher had himself a strong night. A solidly built 6-foot-6 slasher who excels in transition, Fisher was relentless attacking the basket for Elite 6 as they scored a comeback win over the Arkansas Hawks. Fisher said that his visit to Texas Tech is the only one so far and didn’t address rumblings that he could end up a 2022 dude. He had Creighton’s Greg McDermott and assistants from Auburn, Arizona and many others in the building."

So…he wouldn’t take minutes from Joe?

Does anybody know if SU is actively recruiting Elijah? He used to mention the Orange in interviews but hasn't for quite some time.

I just saw an interview with Fisher where he said that he's not hearing from a lot of schools these days. I know that if he reclassified to 2022, that assumably wouldn't work for SU, but do any of you all know if the Orange still talks to him regarding the 2023 cycle? Just seems strange that SU wouldn't pursue this guy, given that the 'Cuse has gotten guys from Canada in recent years. He had a ridiculous dunk over the weekend during the live period.

Thanks for sharing! So is SU not recruiting him then? That's what I am most curious about.

We have never gotten a Grassroots Canada/Ro Russell prospect. That won’t change with Fisher. Move along.
Bummer. Are there any players from Canada in the class of 2023 that we do have a legit shot of landing?

Why is this the case? Do Ro Russell and JB have some beef?
