I'm no ERob fan but pretty sure it's not coaching that guys run right past the guy with the football, lose sight of guys in coverage, overrun angles, etc. At some point players also have to execute the scheme.

Yes but it’s also the coaches responsibility to get them doing those things. If they are not or you recruited players that don’t, that is still on the coaches.
