Sounds about right, when I suffered severe cramping after a mtn bike race my legs weren’t right for a few days after, then to re hydrate properly it takes days not a few hours. Nothing to be concerned with here

i dont think its week for cramps.. i think its a week to make sure it doesnt happen again.. hydrate better during the week and a couple days before the game.. maybe eat less chips
