Good luck in the nfl chandler

This is true. Heard a story once that Belichick was getting on the team bus and saw Randy behind the bus smoking a joint. He shook his head and got on the bus.

I wasn't trying to be needlessy argumentative, sorry of my tone came across that way. Point is more that there's a difference between "rules" and "treatment". The rules need to apply to everyone, no matter what. But treatment has to be literally done on an individual by individual basis. Anyone who says otherwise is a lousy manager.

So I guess my point is that I hope that Marrone isn't treating everyone the same. That'd be bad. I doubt that's the case though.

I can just imagine the conversation on the bus now...

RM: "Sorry coach. We cool?"
BB: "Yeah Randy, we cool."

"sick of the coaching staff", How do you know any of that?
You do realize that he backed off this year and delegated more leadership responsibility to the players and assistants. His biggest mistake this year was thinking that his leadership training was far enough alone that there were kids were positioned to take over managing the lockerroom from Hogue, Smith and Long. If there is a reason why Nassib would lose his job, its more in this area than on than his on the field performance, which has improved every year.

Some of the stronger personalities on the team were also some of the most negative.

Does it look better for next year? I see Shamarko is officially coming back per a PS tweet. Assume he'd be a captain and leader. If not Nassib then who else are we looking at for leadership, Lemon? Stevens? Vaughan?

HCDM = Tom Coughlin. Dull, uptight, strict disciplinarian. That works at the pro level, not so much in college. College players feed off the enthusiasm of their coaches. This staff doesn't seem to have any enthusiasm or imagination.

TC moved away from this and lightened up. He then won a Super Bowl.

TC has a much better relationship with his players now for the change.

I'm with you re: relaxing. Marrone has been tight as a drum in October, and dangerously morose in November. Guy needs to take up yoga, or hookers, or something.
See Tiger Woods.
