No argument there--he DOES do better against inferior opponents [and he isn't the only one on this squad]. Even so, I don't buy what you're selling.

Fair is arguably the best player on the team. MCW is either #2 or #1 [depending on your point of view]. Then who?

Rak? Grant? Triche? I have a difficult time putting any of those three ahead of Southerland, let alone all three to round out the top 5.

I wasn't disagreeing with the top 5 comment.

Specifically, I'm not talking about the best players ON the team, I'm talking about the best players FOR this team.

If you have a Melo/Warrick/Wallace/insert bigger PF-esque player on the other side of the zone, I think James would be a great fit.

If James cant hit a shot, he's losing us points on the boards and defense.
