The AD pays the school for each athletes scholarships. Thats $60k +/- per athlete. If 150-200 full scholarships, that's $9M-$12M off the top. Coaches and support staff probably $5-7M. Physical upkeep.,etc likely at least half a,million. Advertising is huge figure as well.

But this was always the case, even when we were bringing in $15 million less when in the big east. These scholorships, the advertising and coaching were all fixed costs, they already existed (these costs are probably more now than they were then, few million tops, certiantly not $15-20 million ). I know attendance has fallen, maybe its helping make up for the shortfall there, but if that is the case, to me, thats all the more reason to invest in the program with a high quality coach etc. It still is not adding up.

Don't know if we changed our accounting methods this year but scholarships were charged back to the home school.

Do you think Braxton Miller might have some interest in TV/Radio/Film?
If Miller moved on from TOSU I mean wouldn't Addazio/BC and his QB/run offense be more appealing. If Miller moved on from Ohio State though our coaching staff better be all over the kid if he was interested.

Miller is more likely to go to the NFL and be drafted to play WR or another position than transfer to another college for 1 year to be a QB.

The kid is a great college QB but he won't be a QB if he wants to play pro football. I doubt he would come to Syracuse.

licata at QB, Miller at whatever position Broyld used to play, jet sweep freeze option. bubble screen read options by the WR after the first pass

we'll be the k state of grad students

BC is becoming a Florida Gator 5th year program. QB and one of the OL for now.

Is Licata from Buffalo who I believe we looked at back in 2010 going to graduate and be available for a 1 year run at another school?

You don't think he could get back on the NFL radar if he could prove himself to scouts by beating LSU, Fl St and Clemson next season. McShay and Kiper would be impressed.

I think the Miller family should seriously consider what a year playing QB in a dome could do for that NFL future.
