Gruden went from Oakland to Tampa for 2 first round picks and a 2nd round pick.
That is probably the starting point if Belichick wanted to leave.

You don't think Kraft would think long and hard about four draft picks for BB. Especially when he is going to need to replace Brady at some point. The Pats have had an historic run. Unfortunately nothing last forever. Is BB going to want to stay and coach after Brady's run is over. Besides, of course, needing to prove that they were only successful because of his system and not because of Tom Brady.
