Anytime a coach leaves after two years, it’s the combined roster hit of when he got there and then when he leaves. I don’t know that it’s indicative of anything other than coaching turnover hurts recruiting.
The idea is to do install the system, and do MORE with less. Then the better recruits take note and you do MORE with MORE. The bowling green scenario after HCDB left is less with less.
Didn't some of his best recruits either follow him here, or decommit and go elsewhere? You really can't judge their success (or failure) based on how they are performing now.
