Been a while since I have been on here. We have made our trip to the dome and also got a big ol helping of humble pie dished out to us in Death Valley since i have been on here with you.
By all accounts I have read the people I talked to who made the trip up there really enjoyed it. They said you were great hosts and enjoyed the town. We played as well as we have all year in the dome. I know I read many of you didn't like the uni's you wore but I gotta tell you...I like the helmets.
The next time a team of ours sets foot in that place I fear will be a tiger skinning...on the hardwood. I feel sure this is what you guys have really been waiting for and rightfully so!
Hope you finish strong this year on the gridiron! Still glad you made the jump!-rockrub

Stop by as often as you like. Hope we get the same treatment when we visit Death Valley next fall (I'm hoping I can make that trip).

With all confidence I can assure you that should you make the trip down you won't have a better experience at an away venue. I took my son over to DV for the FSU debacle and did experience something kind of odd. 2 guys came by our tailgate wearing Texas shirts. We of course invited them to stick around to swap stories and beers. They proceeded to tell us that they simply made the trip to experience what they had seen on TV! Flew in from Austin with no dog in the fight. Good guys just wish we (the team) would have showed up like the fans did! (For the record the fans DID show. It was damm loud and plenty electric til FSU shut it down!)
