Jones mentions this will be good for Syracuse Football. A kid from New York, goes to school in New York and is drafted in the first round. Great recruiting material for the staff.

I'll always remember the Wake game. Chandler played hurt late in that game. He was limping around, and he still managed to make big plays. I think he had a crucial tackle for loss it OT or maybe it was a sack, and he was limping. The fact that he was making those plays is why I was so shocked that he was injured as badly as he was. The way he played in that game speaks volumes about the kind of player the Pats are getting.
