Raleighs third round is in the midwest which ends in indiana and the east in New York.

buffalo's third round is in the east(NY) and the west(aneheim). As a plus, that could mean a crashcourse with zona. don't know if thats good or bad.

You have to figure Kansas is no longer a possibility, and that we would obviously eliminate Virginia and Duke if we won the ACCT. Our competition would be Wisconsin and Villanova.

If we win the ACCT we will be a #1 seed. No doubt about it.

Wisc, Nova, Cuse, Virginia should be the only programs left with a shot at getting that last one spot. All depending on conference championships.

With that said, there are a whole lot of programs who can get a 2 seed wrapped up this week,

Wisconsin
Villanova
Virgina
Duke
Michigan
UNC
Michigan State
Creighton

But as I said above only 4 programs will get that last one spot. It's nice to be 27-4 and still have a shot at a one seed.

We will be a 3 seed at worst. We are coming back in a big way.

If Villanova wins and Syracuse wins we would be 1/2 in MSG. It is debatable who would be #1.

I would think we may have the edge.. more elite victories, victory over Nova... but one more loss with lower SOS, and two bad losses as part of that. Bad losses are treated worse than a regular loss... similar to an elite win.

But really, it would not matter much who would get that #1. We would get a 2-15 instead of the 1-16... and if we want to win we should not whine about that. After that, the matchups could go anywhere.

Yep, the pods have no regions allocated to them. 2 groups of 4 at each pod, with the winner of each group possibly being sent to any region.
