That wide open deep ball Tommy threw to #14 (I was at the game so I didn’t know names) was atrocious that was a throw I never thought he’d miss so bad. I just don’t get how everyone’s judging schrader after he hasn’t played in two year shaking off the rust in terrible field position and at unfair moment in the game. I wanna know wth has happend to howard and adams there ballers and Howard has consistently broken off long runs , dino not dipping into the stable is puzzling

TD swallowing the ball in the 4th quarter and taking the sacks, the fumble, and then taking all the check downs instead of atleast trying to give us a chance and thread the needle was horrible. We need some one who is willing to at least try and swing, not someone who's afraid to stike out and wont swing. Not how winning is done

To the first half of your post - Shrader is not slow, his throwing motion may not be ideal but who cares. If we end up 2-10 I’d rather it be experimenting with Shrader than watching the 2019 and 2020 seasons again.

I think we all know GS isn’t a Home Run. And Dino just booked his ticket back to Hawaii, but GS is the only option at this point. It doesn’t matter that Devito looks like an NFL QB when he can’t be touched. We need GS to start the remaining games and there’s no questions.

if Dino walks out Devito next week, I’m done, the community should be done and we need to call for his firing before the season is out. Give the remaining games to Tony White as HC and then figure out if TW is the guy or we need to bring in a new guy.

The only wide receiver that should play is Harris, would like to go with setup Shrader, Tucker, or Adams,or Howard, with 3 tight ends. Done with having smurfs in the lineup. They can't get open, catch or block, so sit them.

Unless your a triple option team like Army you don’t just run the ball over P5 opponents. Nobody does.

Tommy threw two deep balls out of bounds . Giving the WR 0 chance of making a play. He fumbled he threw behind the wr on the slant. It was comical except if your an SU fan. There is an intangible, guys who preform when things are tough . He doesn’t have that. We saw against Ohio he can run the team when things are going smoothly (against marginal competition) , that seems to be the bar for TD.

Outside of Harris do we have any P5 receivers on our roster? Any?

They run routes seemingly expecting to be blanketed. No urgency. No breaking it off and coming back. It’s as if they don’t want to help the QB. I watched just the receivers on several pass plays and they seem to be following coaching edicts like automatons. Little separation or improvisation and the TEs are invisible. It’s almost bizarre. And the university is paying these coaches.

I’m a total armchair QB, but I find the lack of WR scheme/urgency/creativity baffling.
Harris is mightily inconsistent and emotionally demonstrative in ways that maybe don’t help the team.
Alford at 6’5” was in for one series I think. No targets.
You don’t have to be a riverboat gambler, but shake it up a little. Sharrod Johnson has risen to the top by default. Queely is rarely open. Where’s the smoother Nykiem when you need him? Oh yeah…Kent.
At some point you throw caution to the wind. That point was midway thru the first half-ish.
On offense there is no straw to stir the drink.

Kudos to an inspired defense.
