It's showtime -- let the (NBA) games begin!

Will be intriguing to see if Kyrie can keep this torrid offensive pace

Kind of misleading IMO. Cleveland had 2 more points in the second half than they had all of the first quarter. Even last year after game 5 when he went off he didn't go off. Cleveland winning had more with holding the Warriors down in games 6 and 7 than outscoring them.

It's weird how he's having almost the same finals as last year. Started slow, then heated up but made some crucial mistakes, then heated up some more...

Obviously last year he stayed hot and hit the series winner. I don't see them winning the series or even the next game, but he seems locked in right now.

Shows how important your team is though. Uninformed/half-informed NBA fan narrative on Melo: ball hog who plays no defense. LOL. Kyrie makes Melo look like Scottie Pippen in the defense/passing departments, but the halfwit narrative on him is pretty positive compared to Melo. On that team, that's what they need him to do is just fill it up. He gets a little carried away at times, but on the whole they need him shooting and scoring.

I think it's even worse with Kyrie, because he's (supposed) to be a PG and get everyone involved. Luckily, he plays with one of the best players ever who is the actual PG.

And not to totally knock Kyrie, when he is hot, he's probably as unstoppable as anyone in the game. But he's got his flaws.

If I'm Golden State I play Kyrie the same way Cleveland plays Curry. Bear Hug him all game and see what the officials do.

Right, that's what I mean. He's the PG in name only. Really Lebron is the Pg, and Kyrie is out there to score. It works for them.

Put him on the Knicks though...

He'd be a better version of the current day Derrick Rose.

Last night must have changed it. Still Curry gets plenty of calls and should start playing like a two time MVP.

You know Cavs win game 6 if it goes back there. Have to imagine the fans will be very loud on Monday.

And the League is abundantly aware of that. There's nothing they'd like better than a game seven for all the marbles. Read: GooGobs o' dough.

I'm not impressed at a small player driving and going flying at the smallest contact being rewarded with free throws.

LOL. Game 4 was his first "subpar" game of the series with 14 points and 10 assists, but only shot 4-13.

28 points and 10 assists, followed by 32 points 11 assists 10 rebounds, followed by 26 points 13 rebounds 6 assists.

Not sure what you're expecting? He's close to a triple double, while averaging 25 ppg. What else is he supposed to do?

24 FTs in 4 games. 6 FT's per game. Cmon.

He shot 14 FT's in game 2. 10 FT's combined in the other 3 games.

Did you only watch game 2?

I actually think Steph gets the least respect from the officials out of pretty much any NBA superstar compared to someone like James Harden who gets breathed on and is always at the line. I'll excuse Skurey because he's always rooted for Cleveland and has clear bias.Popcorn

There was a play very early in game 4 where the defender(forget who) ran right into Curry near half court and knocked the ball away, with no call. Curry was just bringing the ball up and it was like a straight up collision!

Soon as they didn't call that, I had a feeling what we were in for. That crew had a horrid game last night.
