I guess its not surprising considering his spot on the depth chart and since he only has 2 years left. But this does hurt the depth a little bit since we only have Yasin Willis, Tylik Hill, Malachi Coleman and the incoming frosh Shavane Anderson as expected RB's right?
Yea, he's a good kid. Great family. Met them out at ND -- glad he got to play. He had a lot of friends and family there.Bummer, I thought he had some potential. It was clear Hill took his spot on the depth chart though.
Good point. I guess that is why programs overpay for head coaches. So this is why it's kind of difficult be the same fan I was 10 years ago or more. Hart is the kind of guy that you root for, who gets a chance maybe his junior or senior year and really flourishes. But there's very little development going on these days so teams are pretty much reconstituted every year except maybe for the top-tier guys who are wedded to us by NIL.
It's almost like you end up rooting for Fran Brown to do well. He's, in some ways, the only constant in the program.
I understand your point and my only counter would be it's very difficult for a player to sit for three years to only "maybe" have a chance. So this is why it's kind of difficult be the same fan I was 10 years ago or more.
