Check again the post I was responding to. If my point is still not clear it’s a waste of both our time to explain it further. What did the reporter do that was offensive?
That disagreement was over your assertions in a game thread and getting upset paired with childishly tagging me in other threads. You didn't like being call out for that and acted out. It should have ended in the game thread but you wouldn't let it. Then went on that tantrum and posted pure garbage. So if it wasn't disagreement then you incorrectly assess a personal view of people on here. Trust me- a beer at the dome in person and you would realize how off you are. You've been around less than a year as well. Debate can get contentious but it's not personal.. if you honestly felt it was then I apologize... it never is. The nasty stuff has no business here though. We're all SU fans here first and foremost.
He has waited too long. That’s why I don’t think he earned the right to pick his successor. That ship sailed with Hopkins.Of course.. my biggest bone to pick as is others - he has waited too long. K and Roy knew things were going to be different and it's a whole new game. We are a bit behind as a result with JB. That does make getting back on track a harder task and will until he hangs them up.
Let's just hope that this new NCAA BS doesn't come after people like AW and create the same imbalances it had in the past when only a few schools could get away with it.
He started it, dad

As long as there’s a national search and we don’t have to settle on Autry or McNamara, I think we can make up ground on Duke and UNC. I don’t think Davis or Scheyer were good hires. Davis made the title game with Roy’s kids, OK. He’s already struggling in year two with a lot of the same guys. Scheyer’s proving there’s more to coaching than recruiting.
This conference will be wide open outside of UVA.
There are plenty of receipts on this board where posters didnt like the act DURING THE FINAL FOUR SEASON of 2013. The idea that this is because he's losing is strawman centralI have been a manager for the last 15 years of my career. The way I manage my staff today isn't the way I managed my staff 5 years ago let alone 10 years ago. You have to adapt with the changing world around you or it will run you over. Bottom line the way JB acted 10 years ago isn't acceptable in todays society. Things have changed and JB is failing to change with the times. The more out burst he has the worse it will look for the University and more fans will leave. I do think winning would cure some of that but I still think the society as a whole has moved on from the tough grump old man act that worked in the past.

Here's just one receipt...plenty out there...
Jeff Goodman had his feelings hurt
Actually his column is valid and correct in many places: http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/blog/eye-on-college-basketball/21774128/boeheim-cranky-as-ever-but-no-hard-feelings-here-toward-him But this: Who will step up and get this team together? Honestly, its not that much louder. JB has got heat for years for this. Some like it, some don't, some don't care either way.The receipts are piling up for 10 years now. It is getting louder because society has changed IMO
Goodbye Bill Belichik.
Won’t he?Yeah but JB won’t be coaching here in 3-4 years. I thought you were implying that the olds would be dead and younger fans won’t pick up the slack. Which would also imply the next coach will be on the skids at that point.
Won’t he?
Won’t he?

I promise you if BB has 10 years losing like JB has he will not be coaching the Patriots anymore and he has had way more success than JB.
While I agree with you on a societal level, there’s still wiggle room in sports. Not saying being a jerk is acceptable, but you can get away with it.I have been a manager for the last 15 years of my career. Almost included that scenario in my post. Of course, if we wind up in a second tier, we’ll be a power. Football and basketball. I might be OK with that if it’s sustainable. The product probably won’t be very good at any level anyway. And hopefully it's not been picked clean pending whatever happens with the SEC and BIG
