The Mannings say "huh?"
O79 said it can't happen anyway. Apparently, the greatest coach in NCAA history has to retire because people have an expiration date. It's like that movie The Running Man, except in that movie 30 is terminal age and in current times it's 73. That, and they have an agreement to make Mike the coach, in the toughest BBall league in NCAA history.
Isn't that Logan's Run?
Yes, I believe you are correct. I remember Farrah Fawcett was in it.
Well that will add a fun twist to our game against the Big Red next year
Assuming we play them. Remember, there will be two additional ACC games next year, which means that the OOC schedule must be reduced by two.
ACC adding two conference games to basketball schedule for incoming network
I would be stunned if we gave up Cornell or Colgate. Especially now since Buddy will be playing there. Stunned. Won't happen, IMO.
Upstate courtesy calls won't go away. Long Beach St, Lehigh, Texas Southern, etc. are the games that will be lost.
Thanks for the correction.
Good guys all of them. Many of the cornell players come into my shop . He made a good decision .
Imho. There is no way JB coaches against his son. So either Jimmy Jr redshirts/preps...or...
Congrats to Jimmy. He dreamed of playing in the Ivy League and the proximity to Syracuse will make it easy for his parents to see him play.
Junior is prepping this year, and I don't think the Ivy League does redshirts, so...
JB should resign at the end of this season, take the Cornell job, and beat SU's ass for the next few years . . .
They also only play on weekends correct? Would make it difficult to see any games.
Nov and Dec games are all over the week.
Ivy games in Jan and Feb are usually Fri, Sat and Sun only.
Or SU and Cornell skip a year?
Great life-decision for Jimmy B. Kudos to him.
awesome for that kid, cornell. that would be a dream to play ball at a place like that.
Congrats to JBJr! Close enough to home and far enough away from home. Hoops. And I hear the school is pretty good, too.
Wait, Buddy is going to Cornell too
