I keep reading posts about Jimmy Jr on the team. Have I missed an announcement or something. I can not find anything that says he is coming here. It is a serious question. Im not trash talking or anything. Just wondering.

For sure. Right or wrong, the optics just aren’t great especially in the eyes of the ones already clamoring about what you said.

Might as well go all in at this point. It really doesn’t matter. Jim’s legacy is already untouchable. Go out with your sons. We most likely already lost our chance to truly be legit this year anyway, do what you can to salvage it and hopefully have a fun and competitive squad with your two kids.

Hopefully we’re good enough that this one is a 15-20 mpg guy though.

The question is: does he view it as fun? Would Jimmy? We know JB can be pretty thin skinned at times. I’ll bet last season was a pretty terrible experience for him overall, not the least part of which is to see a fan base turn on him so quickly after all he’s done. Yeah there was a fun stretch at the very end, but it instantly turned back on him again when Kadary left.

I don’t think any of this for one second.
JB doesn’t care to change what he does based on the outside noise. He hears it all but it doesn’t do anything to affect what he does.

Jimmy has been in the portal for months.
There are hundreds of players still in their. He doesn’t have to announce his decision till he is ready.

The idea there is any pause about him coming to SU is speculation that is without much evidence now.

Without much evidence? What about that he is at the moment, wait for it...paused. So, yes, there is plenty of evidence that Jimmy's decision is paused.

We don't know why, and I think the idea of bad press is weak. Maybe waiting on QG's final verdict. If QG comes back there is no need for Jim Jr coming here, although I would still like to have him here.
