This is a rare (unprecedented) situation where I am not despondent over this. Combo of halo effect from the football win and the fact that this basketball team was already so bad that deep down, I know this doesn't really matter. We may get a surprise with some of the other dudes that have to step up and who knows, it may be the needed catalyst to set up more success for next year.

What? It absolutely impacts our season. He’s clearly our best offensive player. He’s the only player on the team with his skill set. Without him we have at least 1 more loss, if not more because you could argue if JJ doesn’t play against LeMoyne or Colgate, but Moore/Taylor take all his minutes …. We lose both of those games.

We are a 4-2 team with JJ and without him you could argue we’d be 1-5

Who would we have beaten?

Only thing I'm confident in is Choppa will make the most of his opportunity. Just hope the staff doesn't put too much on him too quick.

Yeah could spark something in Freeman and Moore than they need to take more control on offense.

Without saying anything bad about Starling (I like him, he’s good), I don’t think this is the death blow it’s being made out to be.
