The students adore him, but I’m not sure why. I mean there are many reasons, but I am wondering which reason? It was fun and funny!

The decibels for JBA were much greater than when even Paddy Casey drilled a three. As soon as Ajax came into the game (both times) fans were into it.

Think he’s friends with some of the Otto’s army’s guys too. From what I’ve heard he’s an energetic lovable guy. Friends with everyone.

Definitely an interesting story. Gotta admit when he first went into the game, the ball swung opposite him...he clapped like 3 times to get the ball. He gets it and drains a beautiful airball and the look on his face was hilarious. Like a relief pitcher giving up a homer, he immediately forgot about it though and did his thing. Definitely brings energy.

Bump this thread. How many people were shocked when JBA came into the game in the 1st half. It took him a while to get going but once he did, I thought he brought a lot of energy. If he would have slammed that bunny he missed, the fans would have torn the new roof off. Go strong young man!!!

The only reason he played is because his initials contain JB and coach occasionally mistakenly thinks there’s a third Boeheim on the team

I met him when he was a senior at Westtown and was committed to SU. Quality kid, just needs to stay healthy, get some opportunities with playing time, and develop his skills.
