I wouldn't have minded getting Canzeri but still not losing sleep over it. I would've preferred Montrell Dobbs if we had room.

I hope anyone that is upset about not landing Canzeri is equally as hyped about Dalton Crossan if he ends up at SU.

I don't remember too many people on the Canzeri bandwagon this time last year...even after multiple posts from a family member attempting to drum up attention for Jordan. Hindsight being 20/20 it also gives folks yet another reason to whine.

There have been a lot more misses then hits in NY, before Marrone got here the top prospect in NYC never came to Cuse and always flamed out ie Boatang and that other kid that went to Florida to never be heard from again, the DE from Cuse that went to Pitt, Colliers Brother etc etc etc. As others have pointed out we didnt recruit Hart that much because he was Michigan bound no matter what, the story of Leonard is well known and Branch we didnt recruit either. I am not losing any sleep over Canzeri sorry, we cant take every NY project we have enough as it is.

Yup. He got a start at Iowa but that doesn't make him any better than anyone we've got. We just have to figure out how to better use the players we do have.

Broyld was the one I wanted from the state championship game (where he tracked down Canzeri from 5 yards behind) and Broyld is who we got. Hope he hits campus next month.
