NIL is tied to their persona. It doesn’t matter IF they are playing or not.
So that reason isn’t valid.
NIL is their NAME, IMAGE and LIKENESS
McCord can still get NIL money whether he’s in school or not.
Anytime a celebrity gets an appearance fee that’s a NIL payment.
As we all know, NIL isn’t technically “pay for play” therefore the NIL argument is invalid
