PSU seems to be really missing their star attackman TJ Malone.
From the Daily Collegian pregame article:
"Traynor’s offensive production has been pivotal for the blue and white, as senior attackman T.J. Malone has been kept out of the lineup for undisclosed reasons."

Not saying PSU hasn't underachieved over the years, but they do seem really young this year - according to the Vermont box score they started three freshmen on offense and one on defense. This does seem to be a rebuilding year as they had a lot of fifth year seniors last year. Could be a rough go for them as after their next game (St. Joes), they play Yale, Penn and Cornell.

Unless Malone comes back I would expect them to lose those 3 games against the top of the Ivy League. Even with Malone I wouldn't favor them in any of the 3 games.

UVM is also doing it with Lewandowski in a bit of a slump. He played but got no points in the first three games after a very solid 30 points as a middie last season.
