He simply needn't be on the field at all...anywhere.

Riley has played like pure garbage this year. Had some good moments early in his career, but he has been a waste of the punt return game and a slot receiver this year.

Small, slow, and drops the ball a lot.

Other than that, he’s awesome.

When people talk about a lack of leadership on the team as a problem, that's part of it.

You can't have a player with that much experience play that dumb.
