With all his big plays being negative ones this year, I'm amazed Riley still sees the field.

That’s one of the behaviors that I don’t understand from Dino. There doesn’t seem to be real accountability. I watch other games and if there is a stupid penalty or a bad play, the player sits, at least for awhile. Not on Dino’s team too often.
