Doesn't that change pick by pick though rather than by round? The #1 overall guy is getting quite a bit more than the last guy in the 1st round, but the last guy in 1st round doesn't get that much more than the 1st guy in the 2nd round.

Bergeron has a 4 year/$8,978,480, of which $7,014,143 is fully guaranteed. It may not seem like a ton, but that's $1.9M in non-guaranteed money that he could potentially never receive.

Yeah I was just doing the math on the lost guaranteed money, but of course being picked earlier would also equal a larger contract.
