What is bulldong and how do I make mine bigger?Careful OburgOrange, there’s some serious power here. orange79 turned me into a bulldong within a second. I may never recover
If he does not come back, this will be the post We look back on as the one where we squirmily jumped the shark here, On the other hand if he does come back, it’ll be the tipping point post to greatness! What is bulldong and how do I make mine bigger?
But you only truly get better with game experience. Ball out next season with Cuse and improve draft positionThat doesn’t change his grade, guys aren’t going to reach for a player that is going to be a back up at best. He’s killed the Honda McCord stuff where he was undraftable. But he still has areas of improvement. Can he do that better here as a starter or in the league as a backup along with another year of high end private coaching.
There’s blue pills, and now a chewable one that goes under the tongue…..I guessWhat is bulldong and how do I make mine bigger?
He should go if he’s gonna be drafted. The risk to come back is too much. I hate to say it but it’s what’s best for his careerI wonder what his agent is advising him. Most get a percentage of NIL deals. That’s the person who might have the most to gain by Kyle coming back.
Not sure. It seems like unless your a first or second round QB you get cast aside as soon as you fail once. NFL gives a lot more grace to early round QBs. If he can get his stock to being a second rounder id think that's go a long way to staying in the league longer. He should go if he’s gonna be drafted. The risk to come back is too much. Financially it may be a wash to come back but being in a professional operation helps the kid.
He doesn’t seem like a professional student who wants to acquire degrees. He wants to learn from nfl qbs
Also only first round draft picks get a guaranteed contract. Rounds 2 - 7 get a 4 year contract this isn't guaranteed. Currently Kyle's best draft projection is mid 4th round. That contract is work approx. $4.8M spread out over 4 years (AGAIN NO GUARANTEE). Simple math that breaks down to $1.2M / Year. His NIL deal at Syracuse will be worth more than that next year and could very well be double or more. Not sure. I think that McCord is going to rise up the draft boards and end up being a 2nd rounder.
Seems to be some hype building around him out there.
If that’s the case, unfortunately, he needs to leave and enter the draft
Yeah I don’t buy the 4th round is his ceiling. Guys move up and down drastically during the evaluation process. They’ll see how smart he is and what kind of leader he is, that will make a big difference to some of these GM’s. However, unless you’re a sure fire 1st or 2nd rounder. Almost anything can happen on draft day, like falling to the 6th round.

Yeah I also think that his success in the Holiday Bowl is helping to push some of his hype I’ve seen recently.
He could be a case people point to, to why kids should play bowl games.
This has to be a tough decision for him, I know he REALLY wants to play in the NFL which is why I was so adamant that he wouldn’t be back next season.
McCords goal has to always been to play in the NFL.
I’ll be happy for him not matter what he decides here
Should have made him sit out the bowl game so he didn't risk injury.Yeah I also think that his success in the Holiday Bowl is helping to push some of his hype I’ve seen recently.
I shouldn't comment while half asleep, and no coffee in my veins yet. LOL... it's dissolvableHow do you chew it if it’s under your tongue?
Fully agree, JR. We had one hell of a season with him at the helm and us fans, are being selfish in a way by wanting him back in the saddle for SU Football...i get it... Either way, he's chasing money & the American dream! Can't blame him one damn bit.Yeah I also think that his success in the Holiday Bowl is helping to push some of his hype I’ve seen recently.

There’s more to it than accumulating yards. He has significant weaknesses that are going to limit his draft position. If they can be improved next year here and improve his draft position significantly, combined with at least equaling what he would expect at his current draft position, strong argument for one more year here.I have no clue what will happen...If I were Kyle, I would look at the OL, the weapons, and schedule and let that be my guiding factor (assuming money is relatively the same-ish).
It is unlikely he will have a better season statistically or record wise next year. Why stay?
I don’t think injury is an issue. He won’t be a starter his first year anyways. If he’s getting drafted this year an injury wouldn’t change that in a year. He would just miss the reps from not playing. What a great choice to have. The NIL route is guaranteed money which is a huge plus. The downside is a potential injury which to a certain extent can be covered with insurance. Kyle will be facing an absolute guantlet next season which can go two ways. However the scouts will take all of that into consideration. If he goes now and doesn't get drafted into the right situation his risk is significant.
Lets say he comes back and worst case he has a tough year. He is most likely still in roughly the same spot as going into the draft this year. Worst case he gets into a camp as an undrafted free agent with his NIL money in the bank.
If However he plays well against the tough schedule he will move up to possibly a round 2 or 3 pick.
It's a tough call I'm sure he is torn.
